3rd Series – Flight A

The terrain: Another land/water series of marks with a double blind. First order of business is to run a land blind through thick cover up a slightly sloping hill to the right of the water test. Once that was picked up you lined up for the water triple. Middle bird is first thrown left to right down the far bank, next is a slightly inward mark into the left corner of the pond into small patches of reeds. Last is the go bird thrown from left to right 45 degrees back on the same side of the pond as the line and very close to the land blind line. Once the marks are picked up you ran a water blind down the right hand side of the shore behind the go bird. There are two points. The first is on line and the bird rests on the second point about in middle.

Flight A 3rd series update. This test is a triple with a double blind. Order is as follows. First run a land blind under 100 yards in heavy cover. Next is the marks. Middle mark is number 1, thrown left to right down the bank on the far side of a small pond, distance is 50 yards. Just to the left of #1 is another dead bird thrown slightly inward into the corner of the pond into some tall reeds, distance 40 yards. 3rd bird is on the same side as the line thrown 45 back on land into heavy cover (land mark) distance 60 yards. After you pick up the marks you run a water blind. This blind on the same shore line as the handler line. There are two small points, first one you need to get on and off the point (judges didn't specify but the true line is clear) after the first point is a short swim to the second point and the blind is about in the middle of the point, distance 60 yards. I will update pictures and video later.
